We at Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd wish to ensure that you love your new purchase, however we understand you may need to return your item it the size does not fit you or the design does not suit you. We provide - exchange only -within 7 days of purchase. We also kindly ask that you contact our customer care team at maiaaterliersl@gmail.com and we will guide you through that process so its hassle free for you.

 

 

 

Please note that we do not offer REFUNDS. Our company has only an exchange policy.only within 7 days of purchase. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

 

 


FAQ

1. What is our basic return policy?

We provide - exchange only -within 7 days of purchase. We also kindly ask that you contact our customer care team at maiaaterliersl@gmail.com and we will guide you through that process so its hassle free for you.

2. Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds unless of course deemed faulty. Which again our Customer Care Team will need to inspect and approve for.

3. How long will the exchange take?

  • Please allow up to 7-14 days to receive your exchange. Your patience is very much appreciated. You must arrange your own return into store. We can help with organising a courier for pick up, but there will be a small charge on that. You are more than welcome to come into store at 605, Nawala Road, Rajagiriya for any exchanges or purchases (by appointment only Monday-Friday 10-5pm)
  • Closed during lockdowns

4. What are the conditions for exchange? 

  • All items are in their original condition with tags attached (items that are unhygienic, soiled, altered or damaged will not be accepted for an exchange)
  • Once we’ve reviewed the exchange item for quality and hygiene, we will let you know if your exchange is possible. We want to make this process as hassle free for you as much as possible. We want out clients to be enjoying the experience here at Maia.

5. What are the return terms for sale items? 

  • Sale items bought online are not available for exchange (unless its of course a percentage off the full priced items at an event or a store launch)
  •  
  • Any sale items bought In-Store cannot be exchanged (this includes things bought on special events and store launches)

6. Notes for returns

  1. All items are in their original condition with tags attached

Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd Customer Care Team must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to exchange or refund

 

Exchanges and credit notes will not be accepted without an order number

 

Please note that the Maia Atelier team retains all rights to reject or deny refund request if we feel that the defect/damage is not a genuine case. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the management and is non-negotiable.
