Shipping & Returns

 

-We currently offer ONLY bank transfer for all online orders
and there is In-Store credit card purchasing available -
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS IN-STORE AND ONLINE
Your order will be dispatched soon and will take 2-5  working days to arrive. Our Customer Support Team will be in touch with you to guide you through the process. 

SHIPPING

  • All orders placed before 2:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on that day and should take 2-5 business days for arrival ( due to the prevailing situation couriers need more time than usual) Orders placed after 2.00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the next business day    (you can get in touch with us for more details about delivery times for your area and we will accommodate your needs as much as possible )

  • Generally delivery takes 2-5 working days to be delivered to your door. If you are based in Colombo and close suburbs this is generally much quicker - mostly the next day its delivered.
  • If you do not receive your parcel with in 7 days please email us and we will get back to you within a few hours at latest.
  • Please note that you can specify for your parcel to be left unattended but Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost/stolen.
  • Please contact us if you need to update your shipping address or special delivery instructions e.g You will not be home to receive your parcel. If you’re having your item delivered using a same day service, please ensure you leave a phone number so we can pass it on to the driver in case they have any problems when they arrive. Please note that Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for lost packages which have been confirmed delivered or signed for.
  • When an order is placed a team member will get in touch to finalise and confirm you order. At this point they will let you know the bank details and the charges for delivery. If you are happy with all then we will dispatch the goods to you ( after the payment slip has been received). 
  • Delivery charges LKR 500 PER ORDER
Please note that the Maia Atelier team retains all rights to reject or deny refund request if we feel that the defect/damage is not a genuine case. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the management and is non-negotiable. 

 

EXCHAGES

Exchages can be made In-store for full priced items. For online purchased items the customer must arrange the return of the item to our store in Nawala Rajagiriya. The returns are at the cost of the customer for the item to be delivered to us and back to you. But you are more than welcome to come into store and make the exchange within seven days of receiving the item ( sale items no exchange or refunds )
